His mates in battle let him down, they betrayed him when they said they "had his back" only to find himself alone and abandoned on the battlefield. In our working world, men are stepping on each other to climb the ladder of authority and status. Dog eat dog!

Sodomy is way men diminish another - to break his spirit. This fills the man with anger, hatred, shame and humiliation rendering him powerless.

This essence is for women who have experienced betrayal from men, but also from their sisterhood. The betrayal amongst women is strong particularly stemming from the witch hunt era. Dobbing in was common.

To regain trust, look at things that you can truly rely on. First notice your breath, see how it comes to you every moment, day in and day out. Look at the sun, notice how you can rely on the sun to rise each day. Focus on these simple truths and gradually you will see these qualities within you that sustain you. You can release your emotions safely. You are always loveable regardless of your shadow and unexpressed emotions. Trust starts from the trust you can create within you and then flows over to your family and community.

The alternative to trust is illness stemming from the anger held within the liver and gallbladder. Liver cancer and gallstones are the physical manifestation of anger held within. Find some assistance to guide the release of your anger safely. You simply want to be heard and acknowledged. Writing is a way to be heard and it is a healthy way to express your anger.
